Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in San Antonio, TX.
Karen was my Realtor in 2008 when I elected to purchase and build a new home in Rogers Ranch / Salado Canyon. She worked with me over an extended period of time to gain permission to build a model that was not an approved floor plan in this community and to select a Stone selection that was also not approved for use in this community. She stayed vigilant and assisted immensely over each phase of the lot selection, purchase, numerous upgrades and extended construction. I found Karen to be friendly, courteous, professional with a high standard of integrity.
Without Karen’s help this “track” home model would not have been transformed into the “custom” built home that has captivated and been admired by neighbors, friends and family.
I would highly recommend and endorse Karen to facilitate any real estate activity she was called upon to handle.
